Our Staffing & Recruiting Coordinator serves a key role in identifying talent, evaluating candidates, and guiding them through our interview and onboarding process. In this role, you will assist our Staffing Directors with: Administrative tasks related to identifying candidates including sorting, selection, and collecting resumes/profiles Scheduling video, telephone, and in-person interviews Screening candidates by phone Evaluating resumes Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms Performing research as directed Creating candidate offers and onboarding Assist Staffing Directors with new job placements and timesheet collection Qualifications: Experienced with web-based research including social media Excellent organization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and leverage relationships in a business setting Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Customer service oriented Excellent attention to detail Proficient with Windows applications
