The ideal candidate will have experience completing all different maintenance tasks according to the position.  You must be organized, able to work alone and with a team, follow directions, be resident service focused and have good interpersonal skills.  You must have a passion for quality and service.

Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Cleans the property Leasing office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and property common areas on a defined schedule.
• Cleans vacant apartment units for showing and for new residents.
• Reports any maintenance problems to the supervisor.
• Assists with inventory and supplies control.
• Help and maintain the overall property curb appeal.
• Keep and maintain all common areas cleaned and organized. 
• Perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as requested.
• Assist with apartment make-readies as requested–trash out vacant units, caulk/regrout, check appliances and smoke detector, replace parts, etc.
