The Cheapest Razors For The Best Shave

Okay skid bros, it’s time to start shaving like your grandpappy did. Or, your great grandpappy! You know, back when men were men. Back when men drank the grease after they fried bacon and chased it down with a glass of raw eggs.

But in all seriousness. Are you really dropping $30.00 to $40.00 for 8 disposable razors? Whaaaat! 8 razors for $40.00! You know that I can’t let you continue spanking your wallet’s butt like that. I’m here to give you another money saving tip.

I began searching for a better way to shave due to ingrown hairs on my face. And also the razor burn! Who expects this annoying side effect after using a four or five blade Gillette razor? That cool guy using them in the commercial never had razor burn! My dermatologist said that he hates the blades with multiple razors. The hair is getting sliced by each razor blade and cutting the hair until it’s below the skin. The hair then grows sideways into the skin instead of up and out.

Modern disposable cartridges also take off extra skin which causes a lot of irritation. The single blade from a safety razor makes one pass. Taking off the exact amount you need to axe your beastly stubble.

First you get to lather up with your badger brush.
Not only does this give the process a bit of pomp, but it actually makes the shave smoother. Putting your cream on with the brush has the added benefit of exfoliating, forcing the follicles to lift, and allowing for a closer cut — a job previously assigned to one of those many blades in a cartridge.

Safety razors may look like antiques, but they work and aren’t hard to figure out.  You place light pressure on the razor, hold it at a 30 degree angle and shave with the grain of your hair, never against. Let the weight of the razor do the work. That’s all there is to it! There’s great tutorial videos on YouTube as well.

After your face gets baby butt smooth, you can do your head too!

But not your balls!

I like the Personna razors. You can buy a pack of 5 razors for around $2.50. Or 100 razors for around $10.00! Whaaat?! You have to admit that 100 razors for around ten bucks is pretty sweet. I shave once a week and use the same razor for 2 months. I’m sure it depends on your hair type though. Soft or coarse hair will determine how long your razor will last. I have hard coarse facial hair and one blade will last 2 months.

Get 100 razors for around $10.00! Click here or on picture below & get’em delivered to your house.

I’ve shopped around and the kit that I love is the Gentleman Jon shaving kit. After you spend around $50.00 for the kit, that’s it. You’ll never have to spend $30.00 to $40.00 for 8 razors again. EVER!  It’s good quality and it makes a fantastic present for a guy.

Now, I will say that it takes a few shaves to get use to it. I mean, you’re going from a plastic Pinto to a solid steel classic Mercedes-Benz. But, trust me. You’re going to love the process of shaving like a man. A lost art that your grandpappy knew and loved. No more razor burn. No more ingrown hairs. And most important of all, you’re going to love the extra cash in your bank account. Now shave on, you grizzly beast!
